Working principle
The gas fired tilting furnace melts the aluminum alloy using the radiant and uniform heat generated from the burning of heavy oil, diesel, natural gas or methane gas.
Features
- The gas fired tilting furnace is suitable for melting and holding non-ferrous metals and their alloys such as aluminum alloy and zinc alloy.
- It can be fueled using heavy oil, diesel, natural gas or methane gas.
- The gas fired tilting furnace can be designed as opened or closed upon customer request.
- The lifting speed is adjustable and hydraulically controlled.
- A thermometer with a ceramic protective tube is used to measure the temperature of molten metals to prevent impurities from entering the molten metals.
- PID automatic calculation is used to control the temperature.
- A leakage detection device for molten aluminum is set to achieve safety inspection.
