Hongxing has developed a series of rapid quenching furnaces used for aging treatment operations. This equipment has been specially designed to enhance process efficiency. A lifting device is mounted on top of the square furnace cover so that the charging basket on the chassis can be moved directly under the furnace cover. Then the basket is hung in the furnace for heating by the chain and hook through the opened furnace door. After being heated to the rated temperature, the water tank at the bottom of the furnace is moved under the furnace cover to quench the basket and thereby the workpiece in the water. The cooling process of our equipment is divided into a film boiling phase, bubble boiling phase, and heat convection phase. Equipped with a compressed air tube and cooling water circulation device, this rapid quenching furnace can realize even cooling of the quenched aluminum alloy.
