• Reverberatory furnace

  Reverberatory furnace heats the aluminum to the melting point with direct fired wall-mounted burners.

• Electric crucible furnace

  Electric crucible furnaces utilize electric resistance-heating elements to melt metals like aluminum, magnesium, and zinc. Typically, electric crucible furnaces are smaller and more efficient than gas-fired furnaces.

• Gas fired crucible furnace

  Gas fired crucible furnaces are traditional equipment used for melting and holding small batches of non-ferrous alloys. Within the gas fired furnace, the heat is provided by a gas burner which indirectly melts the aluminum.

• Rotary furnace

  The rotary furnace is tilted to upload or pour the metal within and it rotates around its axis.

• Sweat furnace

  The sweat furnace is a dry hearth furnace used to process aluminum scrap.
