Product and technical services
Hongxing Industrial provides customers with a broad selection of industrial heating equipment, including custom furnace solutions and workshop site planning for casting and industrial heat treatment enterprises.
We have assembled a foreign marketing management department responsible for pre-sales consultation, solutions communication, and coordination with R&D, manufacturing, finance, and quality inspection departments to ensure customers are getting the equipment they need on-time.
Once the contract is in effect, we will provide a full set of detailed technical information that includes design drawings, product figures, equipment parameters, processing requirements, and operating instructions so that customers can make preliminary preparations for their new equipment.
After the equipment has been manufactured, protective measures such as dam-proof, quake proof, and rustproof treatments according to the requirements listed in the contract. The equipment will be transported to the designated place where we will have technicians assigned to provide services including on-site installation, debugging, and technical support until the equipment is accepted by the customers.
Technical training
In addition to the equipment itself, we will provide on-site training for equipment operators to gain value-added experience, and to avoid on-site operational risks.
Software and hardware upgrade
We provide free upgrade service for operating system software and offer preferential policies on hardware.
After-sales service
Hongxing bears full responsibility for all the equipment within the designed life cycle, so that the customer can replace the original accessories to ensure normal operation of the equipment no matter what.
