This is a fast melting furnace designed particularly for aluminum alloys and die casting large aluminum alloys. The concentrated melting of foundry projects features a high energy efficiency, low burning loss and automatic programming.

• The holding furnace can be fueled using liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas and light diesel oil.
• Melting capacity: 500-2000kg/h
• A low-speed infrared radiant burner is used for melting with a small melt loss and oxide generation, and a burnout rate of less than 1.1%;
• With a special furnace structure, high-quality heat insulation material and refractory material, the thermal energy dispersion of the furnace is controlled to ensure the furnace surface temperature remains low, and the temperature difference of molten aluminum between the holding chamber and ladling chamber is controlled to within 5 ℃.
• The automatic feeding device carries out feeding via a one-time operation of lifting, opening the furnace cover, then lowering and closing the furnace cover.
