Working principle
The gas or oil fired crucible furnace melts the aluminum alloy using radiant and uniform heat generated by the burning of heavy oil, diesel, and natural gas or methane gas.
Features
- The crucible furnace is suitable for the melting and holding of non-ferrous metals and their alloys like aluminum alloy and zinc alloy.
- It can be fueled by heavy oil, diesel, natural gas or methane gas.
- The crucible furnace can be designed as opened or closed upon request.
- The lifting speed is adjustable and hydraulically controlled.
- A thermometer with ceramic protective tube is used to measure the temperature of molten metals to avoid impurity contamination.
- PID automatic calculation is adopted to control the temperature.
- A leakage detection device for molten aluminum is set to achieve safety inspection.
